What time is check in and check out?
Check-in is at 3pm.
Check-out is at 10am.
If you require an earlier check in or later check out, just contact us and we can try to accommodate this for you, so long as it does not impact on the stays of other guests.
How do I get my keys?
All of our properties have a lock-box located on the exterior of the property which hold the keys, and the code for this will be emailed to you 48 hours before you arrive, along with any other relevant check-in information you should need.
I'd like to bring some extra guests back to stay, is that ok?
Unfortunately this is a firm no. The property is only for those paying to stay there and only up to the numbers specified in the booking due to insurance reasons and our own house rules. Anyone found to be in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the property and no refunds will be issued.
Am I able to smoke in the property?
Smoking inside is not permitted. Some of our properties have outside spaces & balconies where we are happy for you to smoke, provided you use an ashtray and dispose of the contents prior to departure.
Can I bring my pet?
Although we are real animal lovers, we do not allow for pets to join you on your stay with us.
What are the terms & conditions of booking?
Our T&Cs are all emailed to you on confirmation of the booking.
