Who are we?

Dutch Homes founder Clare has always worked in the service industry on some of the world's largest & most opulent private & charter superyachts. Clare and her team are now focussed on providing the same high-end service closer to home.

Guaranteed Rent

100% guaranteed monthly rent for the duration of the contract. Ideally this will be three to five years; but we can have a review at 6 months to ensure this remains a win-win situation for all parties.

Hassle Free Occupancy

Say goodbye to the hassle of finding tenants, marketing, arranging viewings and background checks. We will review any guests profiles before they are accepted to stay according to a criteria of your choice.

Show Home Standards

The property will be subject to regular professional top-to-bottom cleans and scheduled maintenance checks throughout the full tenancy.

This is imperative to the success of our business so you can trust us to take the best care of your investment.

No More Maintenance Headaches

We will take on all cosmetic maintenance using our in-house team. Landlords remain liable for the larger items, but you can leave all the smaller, more usual call-outs for us to deal with at our cost.

Investment in the Future

At the end of the tenancy, Dutch Homes will hand you back a property in better condition than when you gave us the keys; all after you receiving years of market-rate rent, with no void periods.
