DOWNSTAIRS

With an inviting comfortable lounge, complete with smart 55" TV with access to all the usual apps such as Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime, you can really settle down and relax for the evening.

The house also has a recently refurbished galley style kitchen, with plenty of storage space. It is fully equipped to help you cook up a storm, with an extra large range gas & electric cooker, a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine to help you perk up before a long walk. 

Separate to the kitchen is a lovely dining room with a woodburning stove, and double doors leading out to the patio area outside.

EXTERIOR

Externally, there is a sunny enclosed yard area to the rear, with a dining table and benches. There is also a safe and secure bike shed, with ample storage for 6 bikes inside.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One king bedroom with a gorgeous newly installed en-suite shower room. The second is a twin bedroom, with two 3ft single beds. Also on the first floor there is a large family bathroom with a separate bath and walk-in shower.

SECOND FLOOR

The second floor is made up of one extra-large and luxurious bedroom, with velux and dormer windows bringing in an abundance of natural light, and offering views to the hills in the distance. This bedroom has one king bed, and there is a sofa bed that can also be made up for families who prefer to sleep together.

All bedrooms are calmly decorated and have black-out curtains or blinds to help get that deep nights sleep.

• This is a residential area with neighbours who have children and pets, so we ask you to respect quiet hours between 22.00 and 07.00
