DOWNSTAIRS

With an inviting comfortable lounge, complete with smart 65" UHDTV with access to live channels plus all the usual apps such as Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime, you can really settle down and relax for the evening and enjoy the surround sound cinematic experience.

The house also has an extra-large shaker style kitchen-diner on the ground floor, kitted out with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 5-burner hob, double oven (one is a microwave combi-oven), and boiling / filtered water tap, toaster and Sage Barista coffee machine for those perfect morning coffees. The dining area can seat 6 people with ease around a solid oak table, looking out through patio glass doors onto the garden.

Separate to the kitchen is a laundry / utility area complete with washing machine and separate dryer. There is also a separate downstairs WC.

The house also comes complete with a home gym, so its perfect for those who want to keep fit and active during their stay! Exercise equipment includes yoga mats, blocks, straps, a weights bench, kettlebells & dumbbells, so you can get a good work-out in without even leaving the house.

GARDEN

Externally, there is a large garden to the rear, complete with plants, lawn area, dining patio and built-in seating. It's a real sun-trap in the summer months, and with the firepit available you can stay out there well into the evenings too.

To the front of the house there is a small lawned area next to a driveway with space for 2 cars.

UPSTAIRS

The master bedroom boasts a superking bed complete with down bedding, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton linens. It also has a walk-though wardrobe leading into the en-suite, which has a large shower, standalone bathtub and underfloor heating.

The second & third bedrooms both have a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and also their own en-suite bathrooms complete with shower. 

All bedrooms are calmly decorated, have plush soft carpets throughout and all have black-out curtains or blinds to help get that deep nights sleep.
