DOWNSTAIRS
Enter into an inviting hallway, which leads into the large lounge / diner, complete with Smart TV with access to apps such as Netflix, Youtube, Prime and many others. Full-size patio doors open out into the back garden where you can enjoy the evening sunshine with a glass of wine.
Also on the ground floor is the full kitchen. Here you have an oven, electric hob, microwave, full-sized fridge freezer and essentials like a toaster, kettle and a L'Or pod coffee machine for those morning caffeine cravings. The house has all the plates, cutlery, pots and pans you could want for cooking up a storm!
Finally, before heading up stairs there is a separate downstairs W.C.
UPSTAIRS
To the rear of the house you'll find the main bedroom, with its large comfortable king bed, wardrobe and another smart TV, with the same access to apps as the one in the living room.
The second bedroom contains as standard two twin beds - but these can be connected to form a second king bed should you wish. In this bedroom there is a large wardrobe and a dedicated work space for those who need to get some work / homework done in peace.
Finally, the family bathroom is spacious, containing a toilet, sink, full-sized bath and super power-shower. We provide body wash, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner for guests to use, along with Egyptian cotton towels, so no need to bring your own.

Kirkdale is a mainly residential district of Liverpool, just a short 5-8 minute drive from the thrivincity centre. It is bordered by the docklands to the west, which is an impressive mix of big industry, cargo loading docks and is also the site of the huge exciting regeneration works - Liverpool Waters. This includes the new 52,000 capacity Everton Stadium being built at Bramley Moore Dock - walking distance from the property.
