DOWNSTAIRS

With an inviting comfortable lounge, complete with smart TV with access to live channels plus all the usual apps such as Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime, you can really settle down and relax for the evening.

The house also has an extra-large shaker style kitchen-diner on the grund floor with has been recently modernised. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you might need to cook up a storm, plus a L'or pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, combination oven, electric hob, and a full-sized fridge freezer. For added convenience you also have a dishwasher to make life that bit easier! The dining area can seat 4 guests around a solid wooden dining table.

Through the kitchen, you walk through a sunroom which contains laundry items such as the ironing board, iron, heated airer and also the highchair that is available for guests with small children to use. Open the bifolding doors out onto the sunny courtyard at the rear of the property, which has a large picnic table and is the perfect place to sit with friends in the afternoon and enjoy a glass of wine.

UPSTAIRS

The main bedroom is  to the front of the house and has a super-comfortable king bed, complete with anti-allergy 'feels like down' bedding for good nights sleep. A large wardrobe and chest of drawers give you plenty of storage space, while the black-out curtains ensure that any light from outside does not intrude.

The second bedroom has another really comfortable double bed, a storage area for your clothes and a quirky, jungle theme. This room also benefits from blackout curtains.

Finally, the family bathroom is spacious, containing a toilet, sink, full-sized bath and separate shower. We provide body wash, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner for guests to use, along with egyptian cotton towels, so no need to bring your own.

• This is a residential area with neighbours who have children and pets, so we ask you to respect quiet hours between 22.00 and 07.00
• 4 guests + 1 child is the maximum permitted - no additional guests to stay overnight

• For stays longer than one week, you will be given parking permits which allow you to park your car directly outside the house. 
• For shorter bookings, free street parking is available one street away on Hall St, just a minutes walk from the front door. 
• There is also secure paid parking in Church St car park - just a couple of minutes walk away.
